CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

“Cara’s ZB session stimulated shifts that changed the way I felt from the ground up; my body loosened, my breath deepened. I felt spacious inside and out.”

Kenta Kikuchi, Physical Therapist, Sapporo, Japan

My back pain is totally gone when literally nothing else made it feel better. After the ZB session with Cara, the pain worked itself out and disappeared! I don’t fully understand how it worked, but I’m a fan. I’m more aware of how I hold my stress physically. I feel healed in many ways. Now I want to come for more ZB just for fun!”

Eliza Upton-Green, Public School Teacher, Brooklyn, NYC

“I’ve been exploring Natural Dreamwork with Cara and not one session has passed that I haven’t felt immense healing. We’ve touched on parts of myself that have always wanted to be seen. Cara brings knowledge from different practices, such as somatic bodywork, which really sets her apart. After each session, I get a homework assignment that Cara creates based on what my dreams present. The homework helps me integrate emotions and experiences that I’d previously locked away. I’m so in awe of this work!”
